(Audio) TED's Curator: "All Knowledge Connects"

It's a tragedy that we spend all our time deep in the trenches, not much time coming out and taking the 30,000 foot view where you see how the trenches connect. You see context of what you're doing. So that is what the secret sauce of TED is. It's based on the insight that all of knowledge connects, and it's really great to spend some time exploring those connections.
