Happy Hour: Sakura Martini
Made with saké in place of vermouth, the Sakura Martini from Bar Goto is an elegant take on the classic.
2½ oz. saké
1 oz. gin
¼ tsp. maraschino liqueur
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: cherry blossom (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled, then strain into a coupe. Garnish.
