Happy Hour: The Vesper Martini

In this South American spin on the traditional Vesper Martini, Jacyara de Oliveira uses cachaça instead of gin for a slightly earthy flavor.

1 oz. cachaça
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. Lillet Blanc
1 barspoon passionfruit syrup
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: lemon twist

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.
